乙酉冬日為／少南仁兄法家校正／鏗衡尹相設色／時年六十有九 (In the winter of Yiyou year [probably 1945], for your honour Shaonan. Yin Xiang painted in colour at the age of 69)
Seals:
top left: 鏗衡 (Keng Heng), 尹相 (Yin Xiang)
bottom right: 鏗衡 (Keng Heng).
