Ceramic: vessel

Description

One ceramic ink-paste container in the form of an oblate spheroid that opens into two halves. Lid and base interiors are glazed pale-green-white and their exteriors peach bloom glaze. The base of the container is slightly deeper than its lid and tapers to a shallow narrow base. Underside of base exhibits mark of Kangxi (1661-1722).
