Obverse outer circumference presents ten Chinese characters comprising (top) 中華民國 (Republic of China) and bottom 當貳佰文銅元 (value 200 wen bronze coin) surrounding a central wreath and chrysanthemum flower motif. Reverse outer circumference reads HO-NAN 200 CASH surrounding a central crossed flags motif.
