Description
One circular glazed red-brown ceramic vessel. Presents a wide mouth and short slightly out-turned neck surmounting high shoulders and a body that gradually tapers to a flat narrow base. Vessel exterior exhibits pattern of horizontal striations.
Provenance
Bought by Alley in Beijing, and in 1957 given to poet R.A.K. Mason (1905-1971) to carry to Canterbury Museum.
