Bottle: snuff
Description
One glazed yellow and black ceramic snuff bottle. A short wide neck with a flared lip surmounts a cylindrical body rectangular in cross-section with rounded shoulders tapering towards a circular base. Body decorated with freely-executed dragon-like motifs. Base exhibits mark of Yongzheng Emperor (1723-1735 AD). Brass stopper moulded in the form of a dragon with an ivory spoon attached.
